His core passion is technology, something which started at a young age. Faced with everyday challenges he taught himself to design and program his own solutions. This drive is as strong today as it has always been.
As the owner of a number of estate agencies across the UK, he has a thorough understanding of the market. His passion for technology combined with his in-depth knowledge has delivered game-changing solutions for many businesses.
Technology Blueprint (TBL) designed and delivered the market-leading PropCo software. Vik is also the founder of TechBlue Software. A fast-growing software company which offers bespoke consultancy and support to global companies.
He has been recognised on the national stage for his achievements and dedication to the industry. Winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award in the 2018 UK PropTech Associations Awards.
Adam Blaxter Paliwala
Bringing a pragmatic approach to the deployment of next-generation technology, Adam combines a technical and analytical academic background with a passion for futurism, social systems, and data analysis.
Technology Blueprint innovation committee chair and head of programs, Adam attends to the fast-moving global PropTech marketplace and its relationship to the broader tech landscape.
Instrumental to change at TBL, Adam has implemented detail-driven design principles based on the vital importance of human user experience in digital transformation.
Co-founder of PropTech start-up Rentr, Adam also holds a range of consultancy positions with a number of leading property and technology firms, and since 2019 has served as Director for the not-for-profit UK PropTech Association (UKPA).
Stuart Ledwich
One of the original founders of TBL. Stuart has an ability to immerse himself in a business challenge and create market-leading technical solutions. Growing and evolving the platforms to ensure they remain relevant to the market.
In his early career, he worked as a contract programmer. Constantly presented with problems that he needed to solve. This included work for Essex County Council on a multi-million-pound analytics infra-red engineering project. As well as for the Government to create data logging software to score the quality of food production.
Responsible for writing the original PropCo software and updating the platform as new operating systems emerged. Credibility for this ground-breaking solution rapidly increased when it was commercially endorsed by the President of ARLA.
He now spends his time on steering PropTech to focus on the next big development. Combining his property management expertise with savvy technical know-how.
Mark Howlett
A co-founder of TBL Mark and Stuart grew up together. Combining their individual expertise to deliver cutting-edge technical solutions. His approach has shaped the evolution of PropTech and revolutionised processes to deliver outstanding customer experiences based on his in-depth knowledge of the property industry.
His career started in the construction industry as a Procurement Manager. Managing multi-million-pound budgets he learnt how to operate a lean supply chain by building efficient processes.
Skilled in identifying key market challenges and translating these into technical next-generation solutions. He has a unique ability to convey complex ideas to support our research and development. A leader in engineering PropTech services to enhance the commercial landscape through continued investment in new products.
Driven by a questioning mindset he is constantly looking for the simplest way to solve a problem. Challenging the technical team to deliver solutions that are integral to futureproofing your business.
Deepak Chandrababu
Responsible for setting up the offshore operation of TBL he manages the talent and expertise of our Outsourcing Division. Working alongside clients in the UK to increase efficiencies and reduce costs. He originally joined TBL as a consultant with a view to developing the International centre outside Delhi.
He started his career by growing the Studenthomes offering across the Midlands, one of the first dedicated Student Letting brands. Instrumental in growing an estate agency based in Leamington Spa, this management level responsibility was a precursor to him joining TBL.
A passionate speaker on all things PropTech, he aspires to be on TED. As a University of Warwick graduate and with a strong sense of social responsibility, he is always looking for ways to contribute back into the local community.
Manish Sharma
Head of Product for Technology Blueprint’s flagship suite of property software – PropCo Enterprise, Propco Web, Customer Portals & apps.
He started his journey with TBL in 2005 and has donned several hats over the last 15 years while working with us. From remotely coordinating the offshore support team based in India to training customers, generating new business, requirement gathering and specifications as a business analyst, and a brief but successful stint in project management.
He is responsible for creating, developing, evaluating, defining and promoting product vision in engagement with the stakeholders. He has a deep well of knowledge of the lettings processes gained from working at the coal-face over the years and has a fairly solid understanding of client requirements, market development & trends including competition, innovation & backlog.
Additionally, Manish has a wealth of experience in desiging bespoke training programmes for customers and has hundreds of hours under his belt delivering face-to-face training, workshops & demos. He is also responsible for producing training assets and providing advice and consultancy, both internally & externally, on the best-practice use of the system and continues to oversee the delivery of training into our clients.
He studied Maths & Computing as part of an international foundation programme at the University of Middlesex followed by a BSc. (Honours) degree in Computer Communications & Networks from University of Westminster, London.
Outside of work, he loves spending time with his two lovely & lively daughters who are the source of his pride and joy.
Munish Khurmi
As the man who makes the client’s vision become a reality, Munish delivers world-class results, working on every project as the link between TBL’s IT team and our clients.
He has over 20 years of experience delivering business transformation across the full software lifecycle, for global brands like Halfords, EDS and Accenture.
Munish has successfully overseen strategic portfolio plans delivering an average of 65 tech projects per year with capital spend of £20m+, for clients with as many as 5,000 staff spread over 800 sites.
