• For Applications:
    • Acceptable Use of PropCo: reasonable use of a license by a user – a single login by a single user is acceptable, shrouding of logins is not acceptable, sharing of logins is not acceptable
    • Acceptable Use of DMS: used for storage of documents is acceptable, using it to send images to each other is not acceptable; single document uploads of up to 10MB are acceptable, DMS uploads exceeding 1TB per year are not acceptable
    • Acceptable Use of Workflows: workflows for task management is acceptable, workflows for heavy information processing or data management is not acceptable; workflows should be well designed efficient and performant & not placing heavy load on the TBL Solution.
  • For the Service Desk:
    • The Subscriber historically reports <100 tickets per month for the Maximum Concurrent Users of 2000.
    • Acceptable use of the Service Desk is 150 tickets per month.
  • For Web Users:
    • Acceptable use of Web Services is for Users and Subscriber Clients and non-human users such as bots and crawlers are prohibited, Web Users’ terms of use and all permissions and consents will be managed by and are the Subscriber’s responsibility.
      • For Data Views:
        • Use of Data Views for the production of Management Information of the Subscribers business is acceptable
        • Use of Data Views for any other purpose other than the production of Management Information is not acceptable
      • For API services
        • Fair Usage Policy for access to our API’s including but not limited to:
        • Subject to the restrictions below, TBL grant a non-exclusive, UK only, non-transferable, limited license to access our APIs and documentation only as necessary to develop, test and support integration with the Services. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or syndicate access to any of our APIs.
        • Your license to access our APIs and documentation is limited and subject that you will not: (A) access our APIs or documentation in violation of any law or regulation; (B) access our APIs in any manner that (i) compromises, breaks or circumvents any of our technical processes or security measures associated with the Services, (ii) poses a security vulnerability to customers or users of the Services, or (iii) tests the vulnerability of our systems or networks; (C) access our APIs or documentation in order to replicate or compete with the Services; (D) attempt to reverse engineer or otherwise derive source code, trade secrets, or know-how of our APIs or Services; or (E) attempt to use our APIs in a manner that exceeds rate limits, or constitutes excessive or abusive usage.
        • The use of the API by others outside your organization (API Partners and Planned Partners), must have a maintained user agreement and privacy policy which is prominently identified. Your privacy policy must meet applicable legal standards and describe the collection, use, storage and sharing of data in clear, understandable and accurate terms. You must promptly notify us in writing via email of your user agreement or privacy policy that impact or may impact customers or users of the API Service.
        • If we believe that there is a violation of the usage of the API that can simply be remedied by modification or update, we will, in most cases, ask you to take direct action rather than intervene. In such instance, we may use your name, address and other contact details to contact you or provide this contact information to any third party that reasonably, in TBL’s sole determination, claims that you do not possess all of the necessary intellectual property rights. In some instances, we may directly step in and take what we determine to be appropriate action if you are not responsive, or if we believe there is a credible risk of harm to us, the Services, our customers or users or any third parties.
